About Us
Hey, I’m Joelle, the hands behind Left Lane Living.
This journey started back in 2014 as Mad Cutter Designs, creating meaningful handmade pieces. Over time it grew and evolved, and in 2026 it became what you see today.
Creativity has always been part of who I am. Being able to build something from it while supporting our family is not something I take lightly.
My husband Joey spent nearly 20 years as a bridge carpenter. After an injury in 2022, he stepped away from that career and we made the decision to build this life together. Now we work side by side at home, in the shop, and everywhere in between. We homeschool our two kids, run our business, and chase adventure whenever we can.
Our daughter Rylee is creative in her own way, and we love watching her explore new ideas and outlets. Our son Lane is autistic and non-verbal. He has shaped our lives in ways we never expected. He’s taught us patience, presence, and a different kind of understanding. He’s at the center of everything we do.
Left Lane Living is more than products. It’s story, adventure, and building something real.
We create laser-crafted goods, personalized pieces, Ridge-inspired apparel, decals, and custom work, all made with intention. Alongside the shop, we’re growing into storytelling through our blog and upcoming vlogs, sharing autism advocacy, homesteading, and the real, unfiltered version of our life.
We’re not chasing perfect. We’re building something that matters, one piece and one story at a time.
Thanks for being here. Whether you’re here for the work, the message, or the story, we’re glad you found us.
