Turnaround Time & Communication

Current turnaround time is 2–4 weeks from the date payment is received.

Please allow 3–5 business days for responses to messages. Most replies are sent during standard business hours, though occasional early morning, evening, or weekend responses may occur.

Left Lane Living LLC operates from home in an area without reliable cell service. We do not take or discuss orders by phone. All communication is handled through email, social media, or text.

Orders & Payments

Payment is due at the time of purchase.

All items are made to order. Cancellations and returns are not available.

Orders will not begin until payment has been received.

If personalization details (colors, sizes, spelling, etc.) are missing or incorrect, your order may be delayed. Please double-check all details before submitting. Errors provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds and will require a repurchase.

Rush Orders & Custom Design Fees

If you need an order by a specific date, this must be communicated at the time of purchase. A $15 rush fee may apply depending on the timeline. Rush fees may also be used to prioritize your order in the queue.

A $30 non-refundable design deposit applies to brand-new designs created from scratch. You will be notified if this applies to your order.

Invoices & Deposits

Custom orders over $200 may qualify for a deposit. All other orders must be paid in full upfront.

Invoices not paid within 10 business days will be canceled. A new request will be required, and your order will be placed at the back of the queue.

Bulk Orders & Resale

Discounts are available for bulk orders of 12 or more of the same item.

If you plan to resell Left Lane Living LLC products, you must notify us and provide a valid resale license.

Design Ownership & Intellectual Property

Left Lane Living LLC retains ownership of all designs, whether created in-house or purchased with commercial rights. Design files are not sold.

We are not affiliated with Disney, The Walt Disney Company, the NFL, MLB, or any other brand. All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights remain the property of their respective owners. When purchasing inspired designs, you are paying for our time, skill, and creative service—not ownership of trademarked material.

Custom Work & Creative Services

As a custom maker and designer, Left Lane Living LLC creates products for a wide variety of individuals, families, businesses, organizations, events, fundraisers, memorials, and causes.

The items we create are designed to reflect the requests, preferences, and vision of our customers. They are not necessarily a reflection of our personal, religious, political, social, or other beliefs and opinions.

Our role is to help bring a customer's vision to life and create meaningful products that are important to them, their families, businesses, organizations, and communities.

We are incredibly grateful to be trusted with many of life's meaningful moments and milestones. Whether celebrating an achievement, supporting a cause, promoting a business, honoring a loved one, organizing a fundraiser, creating memorial items, or designing something uniquely personal, it is a privilege to help create items that carry significance for others.

By placing an order, customers explicitly acknowledge that custom products are created as a service based solely on their requests and should not be interpreted as an endorsement, statement, or representation of the personal, religious, political, social, or other views of Left Lane Living LLC, its owners, employees, representatives, or affiliates.

Privacy Policy & Business Practices

Left Lane Living LLC collects personal information such as names, shipping addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and order details solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling orders, communicating with customers, providing customer support, and improving our services.

We do not sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payment information is processed through third-party payment providers and is not stored by Left Lane Living LLC.

Reasonable security measures are used to help protect customer information; however, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

California residents may have certain privacy rights under applicable California law. Questions regarding personal information may be directed to Left Lane Living LLC using our listed contact methods.

We do not disclose details about specific equipment, materials, production methods, vendors, suppliers, or business operations.

All items are handmade in a smoke-free environment. We do have cats and dogs. While we do our best to keep products clean, we cannot guarantee items will be completely free of pet or human hair.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.

Left Lane Living LLC is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, theft, or misdelivery caused by shipping carriers. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Force Majeure

Left Lane Living LLC shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, equipment failure, illness, family emergencies, caregiving responsibilities, labor shortages, carrier delays, acts of government, or other unforeseen events.

Customer Satisfaction & Refunds

We stand behind our work. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately with photos so we can work toward a resolution.

Left Lane Living LLC reserves the right to refuse service, decline projects, cancel orders, or issue refunds at its sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

All products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Left Lane Living LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the purchase, use, misuse, inability to use, or performance of any product or service.

In all circumstances, the maximum liability of Left Lane Living LLC shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These policies and any disputes arising from purchases, services, or interactions with Left Lane Living LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Butte County, California, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Acceptance of Policies

By purchasing from Left Lane Living LLC, placing a custom order, requesting design services, or otherwise engaging in business with Left Lane Living LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies and terms.
