    Left Lane Living – Policies & Information

    Turnaround Time & Communication

    • Turnaround time is 2–4 weeks from the date payment is received.

    • Please allow 3–5 business days for a response to messages. We usually reply during normal business hours, though occasional early morning, evening, or weekend replies may happen.

    • We work from home in an area with no reliable cell service. We do not take or discuss orders by phone. All communication is handled via email, social media, or text.

    Orders & Payments

    • Payment is due at the time of purchase.

    • Because all items are custom-made, cancellations and returns are not available.

    • Orders will not be started until payment has been received.

    • If personalization details (colors, sizes, spelling, etc.) are missing or incorrect, your order may be delayed. Please double-check all spelling, capitalization, and punctuation. Errors provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds and will require a repurchase.

    Rush Orders & Custom Design Fees

    • If you need your order by a specific date, you must let us know at the time of purchase. A $15 rush fee may apply depending on the timeline. You may also choose to pay the rush fee to prioritize your order in the queue.

    • A $30 non-refundable design deposit applies if a brand-new design must be created from scratch. You will be notified if this applies to your order.

    Invoices & Deposits

    • Custom orders over $200 may be eligible for a deposit. All other orders must be paid in full upfront.

    • If an invoice is not paid within 10 business days, it will be canceled. You will need to resubmit your order request and will be placed at the back of the queue.

    Bulk Orders & Resale

    • Discounts are available for bulk orders of 12 or more of the same item.

    • If you intend to resell Left Lane Living products, you must inform us and provide a valid resale license.

    Design Ownership & Intellectual Property

    • Left Lane Living retains ownership of all designs, whether created in-house or purchased with commercial rights. We do not sell our design files.

    • We are not affiliated with Disney, The Walt Disney Company, the NFL, MLB, or any other brand. All trademarks and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners. When purchasing inspired designs, you are paying for our time, skill, and creative service, not ownership or rights to any trademarked material.

    Privacy & Business Practices

    • We do not disclose details about specific equipment, materials, or vendors we use.

    • All items are handmade in a smoke-free environment. We do have cats and dogs. While we do our best to keep products clean, we cannot guarantee items will be completely free of pet hair (or human hair).

    Customer Satisfaction & Refunds

    • We stand by our work. If there is an issue with your order, contact us immediately with photos and we will work with you to resolve it.

    • We reserve the right to refuse service and/or issue refunds at our discretion.
