Turnaround Time & Communication
Current turnaround time is 2–4 weeks from the date payment is received.
Please allow 3–5 business days for responses to messages. Most replies are sent during standard business hours, though occasional early morning, evening, or weekend responses may occur.
We operate from home in an area without reliable cell service. We do not take or discuss orders by phone. All communication is handled through email, social media, or text.
Orders & Payments
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
All items are made to order. Cancellations and returns are not available.
Orders will not begin until payment has been received.
If personalization details (colors, sizes, spelling, etc.) are missing or incorrect, your order may be delayed. Please double-check all details before submitting. Errors provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds and will require a repurchase.
Rush Orders & Custom Design Fees
If you need an order by a specific date, this must be communicated at the time of purchase. A $15 rush fee may apply depending on the timeline. Rush fees may also be used to prioritize your order in the queue.
A $30 non-refundable design deposit applies to brand-new designs created from scratch. You will be notified if this applies to your order.
Invoices & Deposits
Custom orders over $200 may qualify for a deposit. All other orders must be paid in full upfront.
Invoices not paid within 10 business days will be canceled. A new request will be required, and your order will be placed at the back of the queue.
Bulk Orders & Resale
Discounts are available for bulk orders of 12 or more of the same item.
If you plan to resell Left Lane Living products, you must notify us and provide a valid resale license.
Design Ownership & Intellectual Property
Left Lane Living retains ownership of all designs, whether created in-house or purchased with commercial rights. Design files are not sold.
We are not affiliated with Disney, The Walt Disney Company, the NFL, MLB, or any other brand. All trademarks and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners. When purchasing inspired designs, you are paying for our time, skill, and creative service—not ownership of trademarked material.
Privacy & Business Practices
We do not disclose details about specific equipment, materials, or vendors used.
All items are handmade in a smoke-free environment. We do have cats and dogs. While we do our best to keep products clean, we cannot guarantee items will be completely free of pet or human hair.
Customer Satisfaction & Refunds
We stand behind our work. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately with photos so we can work toward a resolution.
We reserve the right to refuse service and/or issue refunds at our discretion.
