Current turnaround time is 2–4 weeks. Orders ship as soon as they are completed, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–4 business days via USPS.
Please note, once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for it. Shipping times are determined by USPS, and we can only provide their estimated delivery dates.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Express Mail is the only guaranteed shipping method, with an estimated delivery of 1–3 business days. This option is available for an additional fee upon request.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will contact you. You will have 10 business days to provide updated details. If no response is received within that time, the order will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-222-1811. All orders include tracking.

Local pickup is available at Coyote Ridge Mercantile.

Free local delivery is available for select orders within Paradise and Magalia.
